 Parmesan “cheese”  
put in food processor

½ c. ground sesame seeds
¼ c. walnuts
½ c. yeast flakes
½ t. onion powder
¼ t. garlic powder
½ T. lemon juice

Nut Milk
1 cup any nut & 1 cup water  (blend well and add 2 more cups of water)
strain  with juice strainer
Put back in blender and add 1/2 T. agave and 1 tsp. veg. glycerine

optional:  2-3 T. carob powder


I just tried this tonight with hazelnuts and it turned out quite good.  It is possible to use the strained nut meats for a veggie meatloaf or chili if you hate waste.  Freeze it until ready to use
